Hope you enjoyed the video! It was a fun challenge, but quite difficult due to the fact that I dont work my legs and didnt get any rest days during the challenge lol. I wouldnt recommend doing it if youre looking for serious leg growth or if you have bad knee joints because youll need the rest to see some big gains and to prevent from injury.
