Forma parte de dos musculos, lo que la hace una carne fibrosa cubierta de mucha grasa y que podrías apostar no se le ve mucho futuro.. hasta que la cocinas como todo un conocedor de las artes culinarias... le quitas la grasa y la horneas...!
